Different pests need different chemistry, different placement and different follow-up. Here is what that actually looks like.
Cockroach Control
Cockroaches settle where there is moisture, warmth and food residue, which usually means the kitchen platform, the space behind the sink, the gap under the gas stove, and drain outlets. In restaurants and commercial kitchens the problem is bigger because equipment stays warm through the day. Gel bait works because roaches carry it back to the harbourage, so it reaches the ones you never see. Read more about cockroach control.
Termite Control
Termites are the quiet expense. You usually notice them only when a skirting board sounds hollow or a mud tube appears along the wall near the floor, and by then the wardrobe backing or door frame has already been damaged. We do pre-construction soil treatment during building work and post-construction drilling and injection for occupied properties.
Bed Bug Control
Bed bugs hide in mattress seams, bed joints, sofa stitching, headboards and even behind loose wallpaper. Bites in a line on the arms or back, and small dark spots on the bedsheet, are the usual giveaways. Bed bugs almost always need a second round after a couple of weeks to handle newly hatched ones, and we tell you that upfront instead of promising a one-visit fix. See our bed bug treatment.
Rodent Control
Rats and mice enter through drain openings, damaged door bottoms, duct gaps and service shafts. In Delhi they are a bigger problem in ground-floor flats, godowns, shops and buildings close to open drains or waste collection points. Food-handling premises get non-toxic methods in sensitive zones. See our rodent control.
Mosquito Control
Mosquito control is mostly about breeding sources: coolers, overhead tank overflow, plant trays, terrace junk and construction pits. Housing societies and offices usually need scheduled rounds through the monsoon rather than one visit. See our mosquito treatment.
Fly Control
Flies are a food-business problem more than anything. Restaurants, sweet shops, cafeterias, hospitals and any premises near a waste bin or open drain will keep seeing them until the breeding site is dealt with. See our fly treatment.
Wood Borer Treatment
Wood borers leave fine powder under furniture and small round exit holes in the wood. Plywood wardrobes, beds and panelling are the usual targets. See our wood borer treatment.
